This subscription does not have a fixed term. Due to the high volume of active projects, we usually schedule and start the content approach before renewal, so it is necessary to process the cancellation of the service before the next renewal from your private area in the “plans” section.

You can access your private area at any time from the following link: https://www.setroi.com/cliente/. To access, you will need to add the email linked to your Setroi account and your personal key. If you prefer, you can download the App mobile Setroi, available for iOs and Android. You can find the App from your device's application provider: AppStore (iOs) or PlayStore (Android)

What if I don't remember the access credentials?

If you cannot locate the credentials we shared the first time, or if you changed them and do not remember the new ones, you can reset the credentials from the "I forgot my password" button on the access portal.

You can find this option in the “Profile” section of your account or from the Setroi App.

If you do not remember the password to access, you can reset it from the “I forgot my password” button. We will ask for the linked email to send the instructions to recover access to the account as quickly as possible.

From your private area in the "Profile" section, you will find the data you have registered with us. To maintain the highest level of security in your account, you can share this query with us by opening a support ticket from your account or writing your query in the following contact form

Of course! New users can be created in your account, but we need them to always be requested by the email you have registered as the main one with us (from which you opened the account). You can open a support ticket requesting that we add a new user to your account. You can also request this management from the following contact form indicating the email address and the name of the person who needs to have a user within your account.

From Setroi, we might have called you to review details about your account, to discuss the content of your articles, or to address any questions you shared with us. If you were not available when we called, don't worry, you can open a support ticket indicating that we should get back in touch with you.

You can open a support ticket to contact us from your account in the “support” section that you will find in the side menu. You can also contact the support team from the following contact form and we will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.

You can add as many plans as you need from your private area. You will find this option in the “plans” section in the left side menu. Press the green button “New plan” that you will find in that section to start the process. We remind you that all the plans that are part of your account will share the same billing information. If you need them to have different billing information, you must add the plan from a new account, which you can do in a few minutes from the contracting link for new accounts at setroi.com/start.

Within your account, you can add as many plans as you need, without minimum or maximum limits. The plans you add to your account will share billing information and you can manage them however you want within your account, from the same email.

You can review all the details of your plan, such as the renewal date, in the “plans” section that you will find in the left side menu within setroi.com/client or from the App.

You can modify the domain linked to a plan whenever you need to. If you prefer, you can write to us at [email protected] with this query and we will take care of updating the linked domain.

The plan can be active for as long as you need it. Like any organic strategy, long-term actions will always be able to show more objective results.

When you receive the draft of the article, you can review the content, edit it, and approve it.

1.Edit title
To edit the headline, you must click the pencil button you will find next to the text.

2.Edit body of the press release
You can modify the content by clicking the “EDIT” button you will find at the bottom, next to the green confirm button.

3.Edit images
You can upload new images from your device by clicking the “upload image” button. Media require horizontal images to fit into article headers. Therefore, you can crop the image from our platform to fit this format.

You can access all generated reports from the “reports” section in the left-side menu within your private area at setroi.com/client, or by accessing it through the Setroi App.

Yes! When you receive the article draft, you can review the links used and modify them if needed. Due to the length of the content and media requirements, a maximum of 2 links (always from the same domain) can be used.

Yes, a link to a social network can be accepted if it is related to the content. A journalist will review the content to ensure that the guidelines are respected by the media.

Once you confirm the article, we receive your approval that the data and images are correct to be published. In case you have recently confirmed it and need to modify any urgent issue, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. You can contact us from the following contact form.

Our content system is designed to take into account media preferences. In order to approve an article, there must be at least one vertical image and a maximum of 2 links per article (1 domain per plan is worked on). If the system detects that one of the two requirements has not been met, an error message is likely to appear.

If you receive an error message, we recommend checking the links and images that have been added.

Of course! When you receive the draft of the article, you can review, edit, and approve it from the platform. That is, you will approve the content beforehand so it can be published.

It is possible to view the status of all your articles from the "articles" section within your Setroi account at setroi.com/client

You also have access to our App (available for iOS and Android). 

Once the article is approved, we review the content again to ensure that it meets the requirements of the media. Once we have counted all the mentions, we will send the report with all the publications. You will be able to view this report from the “reports” section within your account.

2. Go to the “payments” section (in the side menu).

3. Search for the related payment of the invoice you need and click “view”.

4. Within the payment, you can obtain the invoice from the “Download invoice” button

To request any modification in the billing information, you can open a support ticket in your account, or write to us from the following contact form so we can review the query from the billing department. We will need you to write to us from the email linked to your account, indicating the billing information that needs to be updated.

Within the "payments" section in your account, you can view the transaction history to review the plans and settings you have selected. To address any questions, you can locate us from the following form by selecting the billing department.
