Money-Back Guarantee Policy (Diffusion Guarantee)

1. Condition of the Guarantee: The guarantee applies exclusively in the case that, once the text has been approved on our platform by both the Client and our technical team, it is not successfully published in the media.
   
   If any challenges arise in the publication process, we will always act transparently, maintaining clear and open communication with our clients. We know that our clients' success is also our success, so we do everything possible to ensure that each approved content is effectively disseminated. For this reason, we may offer recommendations that we consider to enhance the effectiveness of content distribution.
   
   We do not see dissemination as just a service, but as a fundamental pillar of our clients' success. We are committed to providing a level of attention and dedication that ensures approved content reaches the appropriate platforms and achieves a positive impact.
   
   Our money-back policy reflects our confidence in the results we deliver.
2. Refund Process: If the text is not published in any media considering the requirement of the first point, the client will have the right to modify the topic or request the refund of the money paid for the service. The client must submit a formal request through the contact form on our website, and the refund will be processed within 15 business days after verification and approval of the case.
3. Claim Deadline: The client must claim the refund within 15 days after being notified in writing by our team of the inability to publish the content provided by the client in any media.
4. Guarantee Exclusions:
   1. The guarantee does not cover the lack of approval of topics or texts or the lack of management by the client.
   2. The approval deadlines by the client are not subject to the money-back guarantee. If the client delays the approval of the text or any other required process for dissemination, this may affect publication times and, therefore, will not be grounds for a refund.
   3. The lack of management or delays by the client, such as not providing the necessary information, materials, or any action required to complete the publication.

By using our services, the client agrees to the terms of this refund policy.
